Stacy’s expertise in driving brand and organizational impact brings a heightened ability to Kantar’s Brand Consulting Division in accelerating business performance
Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company today announced the appointment of Stacy Lamkin as Partner for the Brand Consulting Division and North American Lead for the Sustainable Transformation Practice. Stacy brings over a decade of experience consulting in brand and growth strategy, organizational change, and sustainability, most recently as a leader at Prophet where she shaped transformation strategies and drove business growth for Fortune 500 clients across industries ranging from CPG, to healthcare, to financial services.
“Brand value is no longer up for debate. It’s an essential bastion against disruption and drives resilience, relevance and purposeful growth,” said Stacy Lamkin. “I'm thrilled to be joining Kantar’s Brand Consulting Division and work with an organization known for being the most indispensable brand growth partner to the world’s top advertisers. What drew me in most is Kantar’s Meaningful, Different, Salient (MDS) framework—an evidence-based approach that doesn’t just predict financial results but also provides quantifiable insights that help brands stand out in ways that matter to people and the planet.”
Lamkin continues, “When businesses prioritize meaningful difference and purposeful growth, they unlock brand strength that fuels long-term impact—not just for shareholders, but for society.”
Prior to joining Prophet, Stacy held strategic roles at Sterling-Rice Group, where she focused on brand strategy and product innovation for Fortune 500 clients such as PepsiCo, Unilever, and Eli Lilly. She also served as Director of Communications at Shoeboxed.com, a tech startup, where she managed press relations, digital content, and internal communications.
In her new role at Kantar, Stacy is focused on elevating Kantar’s brand and sustainability practices, helping legacy and challenger brands better understand what they can do differently, through thoughtful diagnoses and bespoke pathways to accelerate growth.
“Stacy’s role marks an exciting evolution for Kantar’s Brand Consulting Division, which now officially includes our Sustainable Transformation Practice,” said James Potter, Kantar’s Chief Brand Strategy and Consulting Officer, NA. “From challenger brands to global leaders and from upstream strategy to downstream performance, Kantar’s approach is tailored to each brand’s context. We are delighted that Stacy is joining our leadership team and bringing her deep category knowledge and strategic consulting to Kantar clients. Whether you are repositioning your brand or optimizing your portfolio, Kantar’s end-to-end view helps clients execute a growth roadmap from diagnosis to activation and prioritize growth levers, align teams, and embed strategy into execution.”
