What do manufacturers think the impact of COVID-19 will be on their business, what steps are they taking, and how long do they think the effects will last? We looked at the perceived challenges and opportunities across 11 industries. 

We gathered numerous insights, including: 

  • 35% of those surveyed believe the negative impact of the outbreak will disappear by the end of April 
  • 10% of businesses believe they will still meet their Q1 targets
  • 75% felt that a reduction in offline business performance was a key issue for them; while 50% said ecommerce business was impacted due to logistics disruption
